Our experience with Vicman Homes exceeded expectations. The design staff worked with us in the very beginning to create and modify our plans to remain in budget. Subcontractors hired throughout the build were top notch, obviously taking care to complete the job on time and without mistakes. We've been in our home for almost a year and have only had a few minor issues, all of which were remedied quickly. Courtney and Vic are easy to get in touch with and have always responded to questions and concerns within minutes. I would definitely recommend Vicman Homes!

Vic and Roxanne were great to work with! In the consultation phase, they helped us modify an existing plan to fit what we wanted out of our floor plan. They offered great ideas that my wife and I didn’t think of that worked out great in the final plan. Vic and Roxanne were always very prompt when answering questions. Vic always answers his phone when you call him, and Roxanne always responded to an email within the day. Vic was on location at least every other day. Taking notes and inspecting work that had been done. Roxanne was very helpful when picking out fixtures and colors for the house. They were both always offering ideas that would make the house a little better. Even when we didn’t like our originally chosen wall color, Vic had it changed without a problem. The one thing I can’t compliment Vic on enough, is the fact that he stayed on budget through the entire process. Despite building in 2021, when prices were skyrocketing, Vic was always on budget when the draws came up. I would recommend Vicman Homes to anyone who is looking for an honest, courteous, and professional contractor, who makes sure that all of your concerns are taken care of. Thank you Vic and Roxanne for helping my wife and I build our dream home!
